Bright black currants, fresh berries, and forest floor on the nose. This delicious wine offers continuous layers of currants and blackberries that contribute to its beguiling balance, augmented by dusty tannins and round acidity that flow into a very long finish. A very versatile wine because of it's balance and elegance it can be paired with a myriad of foods including grilled or roasted meats and vegetables, hearty pasta dishes and an array of cheeses from mild goat to aged Parmesan and blue cheese or just by itself.
