A great expression of Cabernet Franc sourced from a fabulous organic and biodynamic vineyard in Santa Ynez, where long days and cool nights produce great depth of flavor and even ripening. The wine displays notes of cassis, dark chocolate and cedar that flow into a long and expressive finish. Bright fruit and round tannins allow for great diversity in food parings.
